The Diplomatic Private Nation's Structure

  Private Embassies of the Sovran Nations:

All our private several and different Sovran Nations Embassies people are in co-joined with the Sovran Nations Embassies Core Assembly as a spear head for the good of all Nations on the Creators Earth for all of the departments for the new technology that are in research, development and production there are 31 departments through compilation of all of the experts of all Nations Embassies experts.

The needs of each separate and different Nations Embassies peoples ways of life is necessary for their sustainable living until the departments of the Sovran Nations Embassies can go into production to produce the new technology to replace the existing things are used today.

So funding for each several and different Nations Embassies is necessary to continue until things are in place and being produced.

Each several and different Nations Embassies need their own trust and funding to ensure their peoples well being for their ways of life

At Sovran Nations Embassies of MotherEarth , our structure is nothing like a corporate structure, it is based on the goodwill of each stewards, inspired by our Creator. Here are some definitions of some words used to describe ourselves.

Definitions:

Clan Mother:

Clan Mothers were the Elder Women of an Clan, who were in charge of appointing Tribal Chiefs and Faith keepers.

Each clan should have one Clan Mother who should all work together. Each Clan Mother has a Faith keeper who is responsible for ceremonial preparations, weddings, funerals, and other rituals. The Clan Mothers are usually the elder women, who are wise and have experienced many years. Clan Mothers lead with there receptive gift of the knowledge, a nation. They are considered the life givers.

Elder:

An older (Man or Woman), influential member of a family, tribe, or community. They create a Bridge of Hope between Native Americans and other cultures. It allows us to reach out to one another, share our gifts, and mend the broken circle of our relationship with the Land and the Native Americans who hold it in sacred trust. Elders live on the Land in their traditional lifestyle

Council of Mixed Elders:

A council formed of Elders (men) and Clan Mothers on a equal base position, for decision taking of a situation representing a clan or a Nation. Elders Council are chosen by clans (stewards) and serve for the best interests of the nation.

Spirituality:

"Spirituality is not religion to American Natives. Religion is not a Native concept, it is a non Native word, with implications of things that often end badly, like Holy wars in the name of individuals God's and so on. Native people do not ask what religion another Native is, because they already know the answer. To Native people, spirituality is about the Creator''

Creator:

Among tribes, clans or a nation there are two predominant mythologies with respect to a central Creator Spirit.

Lawful Stand Guide (treaty):

Is the way your life ways are determined according to the needs of a Nations or clan. Each Nations has it's own lifeways (Lawful Stand) , it is there truth in there eyes, for living or seeing things. Each Nation may have a different background culture, but in the truth they are all and have all equal rights on Mother Earth. So each Nation preserves it's lifeways according to their cultures (example: a ancient culture from Perou or Asia, they will be different in there cultures, but will stand all together for rights given by the Creator).

Writing up a treaty for a Nation, will be the Lawful Stand Guide of your needs (substantial resources, and your own lifeways) for your own Nation. That why we are Several and Different Nations Embassies of Mother Earth, because we preserve our own lifeways and preserve our Culture in each different Nation under the Shield of Sovran Nations Embassies of Mother Earth.

Remember that your Lawful Stand Guide is your own Treaty that govern your Nation or Clan under the Divine Laws of the Creator.

4 Nations:

What we call all 4 Nations, is all the Races on Mother Earth. It means: All the White Skins, the Yellow Skins, the Red Skins and the Black Skins. This means it's all Races of Mother Earth. Each and Everyone of us is included in these 4 Nations.

The ''System of Things'':

We call ''the system of thing'', the existing corporations (country) under the capitalism existing system in place world wide. Organization like the UN, W.T.O., Federal Bank, Governments, Queen.... there are all fiction, meaning created by the man, for control over the people in a lucrative way for the needs of there own pocket. The ''System of Things'' is in fact a huge Monopoly game , where you become the fiction token, it's your own life that is being played in this Game. We the Stewards at Sovran Nations Embassies are not fiction, we are Flesh and Blood. Your social insurance number in the system of things become your one share of that fictional corporation meaning your country. We at Sovran Nations Embassies are Stewards of the Land, not a fictional social share.

Flesh and Blood:

Flesh and blood…..  is an individual who is a human, (not a human being, this one means a human in the process of being, a human is a Flesh & Blood) being and not a person.

We call ourselves Flesh and Blood (the Stewards and care takers of the land) because we are not part of the existing system of things. We are not fiction we are Flesh and Blood under the Creators Law. That why we always put in red in our text, all wording meaning the people of the land , this way we distinguish ourselves from the fiction.

Application:

Means to beg, plead, petition, implore or request.

Registration:

to sign over all chattel content for safe keeping, always voluntary.  Abandons complete ownership for partial.

Submit:

a form of surrender, always voluntary.  Implies lawful right to fight. To agree to another’s will.

CESTUI QUE TRUST:

(pronounced “set-a-kay“) is the Strawman and  is a LEGAL ENTITY/FICTION created and owned by the GOVERNMENT who created it.
Sovran………..to be free, flesh and blood individuals under the Divine Creator’s laws;  independent from any rule or control of  a political body , government, corporation. or person.

Sovereign:

……..a person, body, or state in which independent and Supreme Authority is vested.  A chief ruler who reigns with supreme power. 

Status:

…………This occurred when a man’s condition was changed from one of bondage, when he became a slave.  It swept away with it all his rights of citizenship and family rights.   (i.e. : status cards)

Person:

…………is a legal subject or substance of which rights and duties are attributes… Attribute is (to assign )or (to think of as belonging to a certain person or thing.)    A legal person has no consciousness. 

Consensus:

Ideally, achieving consensus requires serious treatment of every group member's considered opinion. Those who wish to take up some action want to hear those who oppose it, because they count on the fact that the ensuing debate will improve the consensus. Action without resolution of considered opposition will be rare and done with attention to minimize damage to relationships. Reaching a full consensus agreement, means that each and everyone agrees with the decision being taken, sometimes to reach consensus can take several hours and maybe several days, it is untill everyone understood and is in perfect agreement with the decision being taken

Sovran:

Sovran is the exclusive right to exercise all of your living right for the Flesh and Blood according to the Divine Laws of the Creator, within a specific territory, the functions of a Nation-state, Tribe or Clan and be answerable to no higher form of autority in the ''System of Thing''... But you must comply to all DIvine Laws of the Creator, these are the only laws that apply to a Flesh and Blood (individual) that choosen to live Sovran. You are then living ''in Law'' and not ''at Law'' like in the ''System of Things''.

The contrary of Sovran is Sovereign which means you agee and accept the laws put in place by ''the System of Thing'', by The Queen of England or your existing social system in your ''corporate'' country.

Rules of Grammar for the use of CAPITAL LETTERS used in a NAME: when CAPITAL letters are used anywhere in a NAME this always  means a LEGAL ENTITY/FICTION,  COMPANY or CORPORATION  no exceptions. (PASSPORT,  DRIVERS LICENSE, MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE or BIRTH CERTIFICATE)

E.g. When signing the name as Jane Doe means the diminishing of status through the use of capitalization. The dimishishing or abridgement of personality.  Sovran names may be signed like this…mack-ade-binesi.

Here a summary of a structure of Embassy and Private Nation:

Every and each Private Nation is formed of an Executive Ambassador, an Administrative Ambassador, a Senior representative of the department of the supreme Court of the Divine Laws of our Creator and a council of men and of Wise women or a council of Clan Mothers for each of the represented Nations (variable according to the cultures of each of the represented Nations). Nations will chose the appropriate way of there Life Ways according to there Lawfull Stand Guide.

Task and responsibilities of Each Official Representant of Each Private Nations or Clans:

Executive Ambassador:

A diplomatic official of the highest rank appointed and accredited as representative in residence by one Nation or Clan (Chief Speaker in the executive manner) or Sovran to another, he will also be appointed at the spear of the Embassies to help in the negotiation for our Freedom against the System of Things. . A diplomatic official heading his or her Nations or Clan's permanent mission to certain Several and Different Nations Embassies of Mother Earth. such as the United Nations. An authorized messenger or representative. An unofficial representative: ambassadors of goodwill.

His role is to work on equal rights with his people from the head of a Nation or Clan. Which mean the council of Elders or Clan Mothers, the Chief of Justice and Administrator Ambassador. The Executive Ambassador is responsible for

Executive Ambassadors must attempt all meeting with the council of Elders or Clan Mothers, and reach any decisions for a Nation or a Clan in a consensus vote (unanimous).

Administration Ambassador:

The Administrator Ambassador is an authorized messenger or representative, that will go and get the feedback's of the people, Nation or Clan. His role is to work in collaboration with the Executive Ambassador. He will talk and try to solve certain community problems, if it's not in his jurisdiction, he will bring this problem to the Executive Ambassador.

Senior Justice:

The Senior justice's primary duty is to preside over all Tacit in Law Supreme Court of the Divine Creator proceedings, those open to the People in the Nations or Clans. The Senior justice traditionally opens and closes the public sessions in which the Divine Creators Supreme Court hears oral arguments. He or she wields the most influence in closed-door proceedings. The Senior justice determines which decisions the Creators Divine Court will discuss in conferences where the justices choose the cases they will accept for review. The Senior justice is also responsible for the overall management of the Creator Divine Supreme Court,

His role is also to serve all legal documents throughout ''the system of thing'' to serve and protect all stewards in the Nations Embassies.

He will also be Official witness to all documents being signed in a Clan or Nation. Without his signature no treaties or legal documents will be official.

The Executive Members of the Head Nations Shield for the Embassies, in Diplomatic Communications with the System of Things:

One executive Ambassador per Nation, will be on the shield council of the Spear Council of all the Embassies (Nation or Clan) . The Shield is the bond that reunites us all under The Shield for all Nations. They are the ones who will educate the existing system, and help request or demand needs for the protection and the lifeways of all Nations.
