“as long as the grass is green and the rivers flow”
That was the promise to us from the Royal Proclamation on North America October 7 Th 1763. The following are excerpts taken from the proclamation pertaining to us……
And we do further declare it to be our royal will and pleasure, for the present as aforesaid, to reserve under our sovereignty, protection, and dominion, for the use of said Indians, all the land and territories not included within the limits of our said three new governments, or within the limits of the territory granted to the Hudson’s Bay Company; as also all the land and territories lying to the westward of the sources of the rivers which fall into the sea from the west and northwest as aforesaid; and we do hereby strictly forbid, on pain of our displeasure, all our loving subjects from making any purchases or settlements whatever, or taking possession of any of the lands reserved, without our special leave and license for the purpose first obtained.
And we do further strictly enjoin and require all persons whatever, who have either willfully or inadvertently seated themselves upon any lands within the countries above described, or upon any other lands which, not having been ceded to or purchased by us, are still reserved to the said Indians as aforesaid, forthwith to remove themselves from such settlements.
And whereas great frauds and abuses have been committed in the purchasing lands of the Indians, to the great prejudice of our interests, and to the great dissatisfaction of the said Indians; in order, therefore, to prevent such irregularities for the future, and to the end that the Indians may be convinced of our justice and determined resolution to remove all reasonable cause of discontent, we do, with the advice of our Privy Council, strictly enjoin and require, that no private person do presume to make any purchase from the said Indians of any lands reserved to the said Indians within those parts of our colonies where we have thought proper to allow settlement; but that if at any time any of the said Indians should be inclined to dispose of the said lands, the same shall be purchased only for us, in our name, at some public meeting or assembly of the said Indians, to be held for that purpose by the Governor or commander in chief of our colony respectively within which they shall lie: and in case they shall lie within the limits of any proprietary government, they shall be purchased only for the use and in the name of such proprietary’s, conformable to such directions and instructions as we or they shall think proper to give for that purpose.
And we do, by the advice of our Privy Council, declare and enjoin, that the trade with the said Indians shall be free and open to all subjects whatever, provided that every person who may incline to trade with the said Indians do take out a license for carrying on such trade, from the Governor or commander in chief of any of our colonies respectively where such person shall reside, and also give security to observe such regulations as we shall at any time think fit, by ourselves or commissaries to be appointed for this purpose, to direct and appoint for the benefit for the said trade………..
And we do further expressly enjoin and require all officers whatever, as well as military as those employed in the management and direction of Indian affairs within the territories reserved as aforesaid, for the use of the said Indians, to seize and apprehend all persons whatever who, standing charged with treasons, misprisions of treason, murders, or other felonies or misdemeanors, shall fly from justice and take refuge in the said territory, and to send them under a proper guard to the colony where the crime was committed, of which they shall stand accused, in order to take their trial for the same.
Given at our Court in St. James’s, the 7th day of October 1763, in the third year of our reign.
This is a very important document for Original nations people. It says that we have the first right to the land, our freedom to be Sovran, to enjoy a peaceful way of life and that Her Majesty’ military, as those employed to keep us safe from harm and if they stand accused for not obeying these orders, they would be charged for that crime. I believe this document will forever stand as the Royal Proclamation as proclaimed by King George III.
Historical dates from the Proclamation to the present;
- In 1755 the British Crown established the British Indian Department.
- In 1860 responsibility was transferred from Great Britain to the Province of Canada.
- 1880 the Department of Indian Affairs was established.

HISTORY OF THE RED NATION SIGNATORY TRIBES |
SIGNATORY TRIBES were the Four CLAN MOTHER Group who signed the SIX ORIGINAL TREATIES.
They Were from the RED, WHITE, YELLOW and BLACK Nations
On July 2nd 408 AD upon the surrender of the Roman Empire the Four Clan Mother Group signed the most sacred treaty called
The Camel's Eye Treaty.
The Four Clan Mother Group had fed the Starving World of Europe And Part of Africa By Sharing Seeds of Their Fruit Trees and Vegetables.
The Six Originals Treaties are the Foundation of All International Law .
THE LAW OF THE SIGNATORY TRIBES SUPERSEDES THE DOMESTIC LAW OF THE FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS OF CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
The Six Original Treaties (The Law of the Signatory Tribal Peoples are):
1. Wampum Belt
2. Canes of Authority
3. Peace Pipe Treaties from the Red Nations of North and South America
4. The Seal of Solomon Treaty (Black Tribes, Arab and Israelites )
5. Noah's Ark Treaty (Anglia, Saxon, Mercia and Northumbrian White Tribes.)
6. Palladium of Troy Treaty (Asia and Minor Asia Yellow Tribes.)
From the Royal Proclamation on North America 7 October 1763 the Indian tribes were to be protected, not
molested or disturbed in the possession of their lands which were reserved for them. This included the Military
the police force who would stand side by side with the Indian to protect the Indians from the Admiralty laws of the Colonialists.
Indians were allies of the King. In 1867 Canada became a so called Country. The Indians were disturbed when the
British North America Act which is Canada's Constitution, assisgned to the Federal Government responsibilty for the
Indians. The Department of Indian Affairs began in 1755 under British North America. In 1860 the Indian Branch was created.
In 1862 Department of Indian Affairs had a Deputy Superintedent General. 1876 framework was created for the Indian Policy
which became the Indian Act. In 1880 it formaly became the Department of Indian Affairs.
Both CANADA and the UNITED STATES are CORPORATIONS and are registered in the Stock Market as such. Canada is a Corporation Under
the UK Queen. Canada is traded in the US Stock Exchange and registered as CORPORATION CANADA
IN THE USA. IT IS REGISTERED NUMBER 0000230098. Therefore the Department of Indian Affairs, which is now INDIAN AND NORTHERN
AFFAIRS, (including the Inuit, Non-status and the Metis) is a Corporation within the CORPORATION CANADA. The Indian people need to
WAKE UP and not be the trusting Indigenous people anymore. We all have been misinformed ! A Corporation cannot rule . A fiction entity
cannot impose its deceit by the way of laws or the Provisions and Regulations of the Indian Act upon Flesh and Blood people. The Original
nations have been taken in by a fraudulent Corporation in the name of a government and given lands called Reserves.
Their is a Hierarchy within the system that governs the Anishinabe nations. The Corporation Canada, the Exclusive Control of
The Corporate Department of Indian Affairs, The Indian Act for status Indians, the Anishinabek First Nations with its Grand Council, Board, Political Structure with the Grand Coucil chief and political staff, Union of Ontario (or other Provincial union) with its organizational structure. Each Reserve has its elected Chief and Council under the rule of the Indian Act. The Original people are subjected to the laws and rules of each reserve, the Municipality, the Province and to the Federal government. The Indian Act only recognizes the Band of Indians but not the individual. The Indian Act is silent on the Legal Status of an individual Indian. The individual Indian on the reserve is legally disabled because within the Corporation Laws he will find there is no Justice. Both the Catholic Church and The Department of Indian Affairs have been an enterprising business. Every Birth Certificate has a number that is why we are a commodity for the Corporation of Canada valued at $xxxxxxxx The Corporation CANADA has not complied with the International Law to recognise our Sovran Rights.
Living under the confusion and political mess the Indian people cannot understand how they came to be
powerless when they trusted the promises in the Royal Proclamation as Their Indian Bill of Rights. We have the responsibility as Original People
to Learn then to Educate our people not to ALLOW what is being done to us to never happen again.
Since we are the descendants of the Signatory Indians, being the Ones that Came After, we must reinstate the fulfillment of the stipulations of the Treaty signed by the Clan Mother Group that hold Territorial Rights. In all International Law including today, CLAN MOTHERS hold Title to the Territory
of a Nation, both White or Indian. We have the Foundation of International Law That Our CLAN MOTHERS signed. The Law of Signatory Tribes
supercedes the Domestic Law of the Corporate Fiction Government. The burden of proof is on the Judge to proof we are citizens of Canada. The
proceedure is clearly defined in that the Judge must proof that we have a :
1. Certificate of Tribal Abandonment.
2. Certificate of citizenship
3. Certificate of competency and eligibility.
Statement of Improper Defence : the allegiance of all attornerys, judges or all other officers of the court is given to uphold the laws of the province
and the federal Government of Canada and are therefore disqualified from representing, judging, or trying by Crown Law Indians on Treaty Rights to
their property or Territories. Indians charged with crimes that come in conflict with their Indian identity or the Law of the Indian whether it comes from a town, township, city, county, Province or Canadian Federal or Supreme Court , there can be no representation from the legal services or Associations
that belong to the Canadian Bar or any attorney or judge licensed by the same, it is outside the representation or prosecution of TREATY INDIANS.
In conclusion, for this or any other court to continue assuming jurisdiction over Indians constitutes the crime of TREASON.
